If you missed out on last month's "Dine in the Vines," you don't want to miss out on this amazing dining experience! Surrounded by breathtaking views of our Badger Mountain Estate Vineyard, this delicious 4-course dinner prepared by Chef Andrew Grassick will be paired with our Powers wines. Powers Winemaker, Jose Mendoza, will be in attendance to discuss each of the wine pairings and answer any questions you may have about our Powers wines. $65 per ticket. Only 25 seats are available.

Featured Menu:

First Course: Grilled tiger prawns, basil cashew sauce, candied lemon zest, amaranth. Paired with 2016 Powers Chardonnay

Second Course: Chef’s ravioli filled with goat cheese mousse and egg yolks with a roasted red pepper Pomodoro sauce. *Paired with 2014 Powers Horse Heaven Hills Red Blend

Third Course: Braised beef cheeks, red wine demiglaze, roasted haricot verts, whipped potatoes, heirloom tomatoes, feta cheese, microgreens. *Paired with 2013 Powers Reserve Sheridan Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Fourth Course: The Sweet Tooth: Dark chocolate brownie, housemade blackberry ice cream, merlot blackberry reduction, almond whipped cream. *Paired with 2014 Powers Merlot
