Winemaker's Notes

All the components from this great Cabernet Sauvignon were harvested in late October to the end of November. We achieved optimal ripeness in the fruit during this great extended growing season.  All the lots were fermented in upright stainless-steel fermenters with PDM yeast, with 100% malolactic fermentation was completed in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes

Dark and rich aromas of cherries, cranberry, concord, and a touch of spice on the nose lead into a nice richness on the palate. Fresh fruit notes and youthful flavors of black cherry, plum, and dark chocolate with a touch of spice, this Merlot has a great finish that is balanced with medium tannins and a nice touch of acidity.
