We harvested the different varietals starting in late-September and carrying into the middle of November. 2018 was a relatively warm vintage with cool nights that helped us achieve ultimate maturity in the fruit along with maintaining a great undertone of acidity. PDM yeast was used on all components with fermentation completed in temperature controlled stainless steel upright tanks.

This wine opens up with a great array of aromatics including, cranberries, plumb, and butterscotch followed with lingering hints of fennel and lavender on the nose. The complex dark fruit character carries through to the palate with black fruits alongside a hint of white pepper, rose petal along with being braced by a medium tannin structure that leads into a round and balanced finish.
