This is our 6th vintage of Organic Pinot Noir and with a harvest date on the 21st of September. The fruit had a very extended hang time that allowed us to craft a very balanced wine with beautiful rich flavors while maintaining a great undertone of natural acidity. The Pinot Noir was fermented with PDM yeast in our stainless steel upright fermenters to enhance the richness of this varietal. 100% malolactic fermentation was completed in upright stainless-steel tanks.

Complex and layered aromas of raspberry, cranberry, and cherry with a slight touch of pine needle and sweet cigar on the nose lead to a nicely structured palate. Voluptuous flavors of dark plum, black currant, cherry, and licorice develop nicely with warm notes of clove and black tea linger alongside a nice balance of acidity and medium tannin structure through the long finish.
