This classic Washington Cabernet Sauvignon is a very complex wine that has great vineyard sites comprising the blend. With all of the grapes harvested in late September through late October, the perfectly ripe fruit was balanced with near ideal acidity. All components of this wine were fermented in stainless steel upright tanks with PDM yeast. This wine has finished 100% malolactic fermentation then aged for 24 months in 50% neutral French oak barrels, 30% in 3-year-old French Oak barrels, 15% in 2-year-old French oak barrels, and 5% in new French oak barrels.

Aromatic layers of blackberry, molasses, sage, vanilla, and a touch of lavendar. On the palate, these rich flavors of plum, blakcberry, cassis, and crème brûlée, mesh with a touch of fennel, spice and slate, that linger onto a long medium finish. Very nice balance of fruit and structure, this is a classic Washington Cabernet Sauvignon.
