Overview

Valentine's Weekend Dinner by Chef Jessie Ayala of the Ciao Wagon.  Includes, salad for 1, 1 entree, 1 dessert.

Pick-up is Feb. 14th at 4pm at the Tasting Room. 

Please indicate at check out in the "Additional Comments" box which entree you would prefer.

 

MENU:

Italian Harvest Chop Salad

Apples, Romaine, toasted pumpkin seed, dried cherries, shaved carrot, roasted brussel sprouts, lemon-honey vinaigrette.

 

Chicken Porri

Pan-seared chicken breast over asparagus, pea risotto, topped with leeks braised in garlic-tarragon cream and cranberry.

OR

Short Rib Osso Bucco

Braised short ribs over handmade seared garlic-ricotta gnocchi, garnished with pine nut gremolata.

 

White Chocolate Panna Cotta

White chocolate panna cotta topped with chocolate ganache and macerated raspberries.
